Iraqi Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 Medium tomatoes
  • 2 Large Cucumbers
  • 1 Medium Red or Sweet Onions
  • ½ Cup chopped flat parsley
  • ¼ Cup Alreef Chickpeas cooked
  • ¼ Cup Alreef Diced Beets
  • ¼ Cup Alreef dried mint
  • ¼ Cup Alreef Olive Oil 100% Extra Virgin
  • ¼ Cup Badawi Date Vinegar
  • Salt as desired.

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes, cucumbers, Parsley, and onions finely. and mix in a bowl.
  2. Add the dressing ingredients (olive oil, date vinegar, mint) and mix.
  3. Add the chickpeas and beets and give it a soft mix.
  4. Keep it in the fridge for half an hour and serve.
  5. Goes good with meat, rice and stew dishes.
