Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- Alreef Tuna Can (any flavor you desire)
- Alreef Pitted Olives (green or black or both)
- Cherry Tomato
- Flat Parsley
- Spinach
- 2 Eggs
- Alreef Olive Oil
- Alreef Lemon Juice
- Salt as desired
Instructions
- Boil the eggs till it gets hard
- Open the Tuna Can and empty in big bowl.
- Chop the flat parsley and spinach and add to the bowl.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves
- Add 2 tbs of Alreef olive oil
- Add 2 tbs of Alreef lemon juice
- Salt as desired
- Mix everything in the bowl.
- Cut the eggs vertically into 3-4 pieces and add to the bowl
- Add the olives and enjoy.
